University Subscription Terms

These terms govern paid subscription plans purchased by universities and institutions on edulane.io. They supplement our general Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

EduLane provides digital services allowing universities to publish and manage listings, and to purchase paid subscription plans for enhanced visibility, featured placement, or additional platform tools. We do not sell any physical products.

2. Purchase and Activation

A subscription plan can be purchased through the university dashboard. Once payment is confirmed, the subscription is activated automatically, typically within a few minutes and no later than 24 business hours.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown on the subscription page and, unless stated otherwise, include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, which supports major cards and other available payment methods.

4. Availability

Subscription plans are digital services available on a 24/7 basis and are not limited by physical inventory, though access may occasionally be affected by maintenance or circumstances outside our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal

To the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply once a digital service has begun being performed with your express consent. After activation, a subscription plan cannot be returned or cancelled for a refund of that billing period. All subscription plans are digital services, not physical products — including short-term visibility packages (e.g. 1, 3, or 5 days) that activate instantly on the platform once payment is confirmed.

6. Complaints

Problems with activation or access to a subscription's features should be reported following our Complaints Procedure.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
