About Patuakhali Science and Technology University

The Patuakhali Science and Technology University is a fast-growing new public university in Bangladesh. Established in 1972 as a private college, it became Patuakhali Agricultural College under the affiliation of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), Mymensingh. It was nationalized on 1 February 1985 and offers B.Sc.Ag. (Hons.) degree. The university has 9 faculties, 59 departments, and 3538 regular students.
