The National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute' (HPI) is a research national university, under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. It offers a unique dual-degree program DSG2 in collaboration with the University of Otto von Guericke. HPI also invites students and young scientists to join the All-Ukrainian startup program Student Startup Fund 2.0. The university has received high praise from the Ministry of Education for organizing overseas entrance examinations.
