About Defiance College
Defiance College is a university founded to serve as a focal point for teaching, service, scholarship, and action to improve the human condition worldwide. The college offers affordable education through its Initiative that provides eligible high school students with a debt-free bachelor’s degree. It also has a career readiness program called Jacket Journey aimed at preparing students for life after college by helping them translate their education into a practical skill-set. The college offers 20 diverse sport programs, and its mission is to prepare students To Know, To Understand, To Lead, and To Serve.
