About Centro de Investigación en Química Aplicada
The Center for Applied Chemical Research (CIQA) is a public center located in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. It focuses on the development of new and improved polymeric materials for various plastic applications. The center offers services to over 800 industries annually, addressing technical problems in the chemical, plastics, and agricultural industries to enhance their growth, productivity, and quality in their products and services. It also offers postgraduate programs with scholarships, advanced infrastructure, and qualified staff in specialized areas such as LANIAUTO (automotive), LNMG (graphite), Laboratorio Nacional de Micro y Nanofluídica (micro and nanofluidic). The center has patented technologies for technology transfer to the market with applications in engineering, health, energy, and agriculture.
