Baltic State Technical University named after D.F. Ustinov is a Russian technical university specializing in the education of specialists for defense industry. It was founded in 1930 and has produced over 70,000 graduates, including more than 30 Heroes of the Soviet Union and Heroes of Socialist Labor.
