University Babes-Bolyai (UBB) is a higher education institution located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. It organizes various international conferences and events on topics such as European modernism, military welfare history, trauma, and open science. UBB also supports culture, education, and creativity through initiatives like the campaign 'Vocea necuvântătoarelor'.
