About Academy of Fine Arts
The Art University was formed in 2013 by the merger of Kuvataideakatemia, Sibelius-Akatemia, and Teatterikorkeakoulu. It provides a unique environment for artistic growth and reinforces art and its transformative power. With approximately 1900 students offering 1371 performances, concerts, and shows annually (QS ranking 2025), 27% of new undergraduate students come from abroad. The university offers a Master's degree in Acting to Moona Ranta in May 2026.
