This program concentrates on solar photovoltaic (PV) and wind technology, with participation in Saturday ‘boot camps’ recommended for hands-on training. The program is unique because students can learn from anywhere with internet access.

Students majoring in a sustainable/renewable energy program are eligible for the Solomon Forks Wind Project, LLC, for Alternative Energy Majors – Four $2,500 awards and George & Phyllis Elliott Memorial Scholarship – One $500 scholarship.
