About this program

Established in 1933 as a pedagogical institute, it became a state university with a traditional educational process, offering both full-time and part-time education. The traditional educational process was documented by relevant documents, controlled, and coordinated by faculties, departments, laboratories, and research centers. In 1999, the university's full-time and part-time education was divided into two parts.
