About this program

This master's program is a research-oriented program designed for graduates who wish to deepen their studies in the field of History. The aim is to provide an efficient and practical education to the Master’s candidates, focusing on the assimilation of scientific research elements, both through general objectives (detailed understanding of certain historical domains; superior level of interpersonal and public communication skills; efficient and correct written and oral expression etc.), as well as through specific objectives (critical interpretation of sources and historical writings; construction of a coherent historical discourse using the right sources, contextualizing events in historical context and proposing new interpretations open to dialogue with other social human sciences, which will contribute to the progress of historical knowledge; acquisition of norms regarding methodology and ethics of research etc.).
