About this program

The contest is organized as part of the XV International Conference on Soft Computing and Measurements (SCM’2012) at St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University (SPbGTEU). Participants should be Russian citizens aged 18-28, with innovative scientific projects in the following areas: Information Technologies: Medicine of the Future; Modern Materials and Technology Creation; New Devices and Appliances; Bioengineering.
