Mock Trial Program

About this program

3-credit course in the Fall Semester and 1-credit course in the Spring Semester where students prepare for trial advocacy through analyzing American Mock Trial Competition (AMTA) case materials and engaging in practical skills of questioning witnesses, applying rules of evidence, formulating and making objections, preparing opening and closing statements, and arguing the law applicable to the particular case.
