About this program

The mission of the teaching for the specialization "Sisteme informaționale cadastrale și management imobiliar", in the direction of forming and perfecting specialists in this field, has as its main objective reducing and eliminating imbalances regarding the approaches and technologies related to the preparation of the cadastre, solving problems related to land ownership, stopping the process of land degradation, using modern cadastral technologies for the management of agricultural, forestry, hydrological, transport infrastructure, archaeology etc., given that on a global and European level, cadastral issues are much more advanced. The organization of the master's degree program is based on deepening knowledge and obtaining additional competencies in the field of Geodesic Engineering and the official attestation necessary for employment in the job market. Through the Master's program in "Sisteme informaționale cadastrale și management imobiliar" it is intended to achieve the following general objectives: - ensuring high-quality psychological, pedagogical, didactic and practical teaching in accordance with current and future directions in the field of Engineering Sciences, theory and practice curriculum, information technology and communication, project design and evaluation in conditions of quality and efficiency of education; - creating a modern, student-centered and pragmatic education tailored to the real needs of Romanian schools, in the context of European integration; - organizing programs for continuous training and professional development of technical personnel in the field, in accordance with the requirements of a modern and efficient education; - connecting education with scientific research, training students in the preparation of scientific studies on current topics in the field, and other related sciences involved in the educational process; - realizing research programs in Engineering Sciences oriented towards fundamental and current priorities for the development of processes and systems and for European integration of educational programs. The relevance of the Master's program in Sisteme Informaţionale Cadastrale si Management Imobiliar is guaranteed by its direct connection to the current and future needs of the field of Geodesic Engineering, through theoretical and methodological approaches brought up to date, with an emphasis on scientific research and management of projects. Specific objectives include: - working with concepts and methodology from the field of geodesic engineering; - developing communication and relationship skills with social and professional environments; - performing computer operations and accessing information communication networks; - critically analyzing, qualitatively and quantitatively, information from various sources and developing solid arguments that can serve as a basis for decisions; - designing, implementing and exploiting geographical information systems and realizing the collection, storage, analysis and visualization of data within these systems; - performing specific cadastral work; - preparing reports and scientific articles using an appropriate technical-scientific language in a correct and clear form; - conceiving and leading project-specific processes in the chosen technical-scientific field. Upon completion of the program, the following general competencies will be ensured: - ability to learn, synthesize and deepen; - ability to work with concepts and methodology from geodesic engineering; - communication and relationship skills with social and professional environments; - computer operation skills and access to information communication networks; - linguistic competence in at least one internationally circulating language.
