The HTM program has facilities, computer and culinary arts laboratory, demonstration kitchens, seminar rooms, and mini-convention center. The curriculum, through these five characteristics, has been established around the facilities and activities of the Henson Center.
Scholarship Available
Applicants interested in University or Department based awards must first complete the universal FASFA application form with UMES as the designated recipient. A minimum 3.00 GPA and a minimum SAT of 1000 are basic qualification for Honors Program consideration which covers all expenses of Tuition. Similar qualifications are minimum for the Marriott Foundation scholarship of $5,000 per annum.
