About this program

Students in grades 8–11 participate in an offline project called Karazin Weekends Legacy. The event took place before the 220th anniversary of the founding of the Karazin National University. This unique event brought together more than 300 schoolchildren from Kharkiv region and opened the door to the world of science and knowledge. Karazin Weekends Legacy is not just a project, but the beginning of a new tradition that has already united our youth, opened before them the world of possibilities and gave unforgettable impressions! Within the framework of the project, students visit captivating lectures and study the most interesting secrets on four faculties named after the first deans of Karazin University: Soykselevand - Faculty of Exact and Computer Sciences; Shumus - Faculty of Natural-Medical Sciences; Umlauff - Faculty of Social and Human Sciences; Schadius - Faculty of Financial and Administrative Sciences. Lectures take place offline under a specific direction and include both theory and practice. Girls and boys go through a solemn initiation ceremony as students of Karazin University, participate in interactive games and quests. Students who attend at least half of the classes receive an invitation to a formal graduation - the most magical evening! Dive into the magical student life of Karazin University!
